I started Two Bears with a clear intention: to create a design studio that feels personal, transparent, and built around what actually works — not just what looks good.
But the name? That’s a bit more personal.
Since they were little, me and their mum have always called our two daughters “the little bears.” When I began to build this thing for myself — something meaningful, something mine — there was only one name it could be.
🎯 Why a solo studio?
After years of working in large design teams and leading UX at scale for brands like Yodel and InPost, I saw the gaps — the handovers, the silos, the fluff.
I wanted to remove the layers between clients and outcomes.
No account managers. No confusion. Just solid, strategic design done by the person you actually talk to.
🔍 What that looks like today
Two Bears is a studio — but I run it solo. That means:
- Every email, every pixel, every line of code comes from me
- You don’t have to chase five people to move something forward
- I only take on projects I can give full attention to
- You get access to big-brand thinking, without the big-agency markup
It’s personal, on purpose.
🚀 Why it works for clients
A lot of the businesses I work with aren’t looking for an “agency.” They want someone they can trust — who understands their goals, speaks their language, and can build something that makes sense and gets results.
That’s what I’ve built Two Bears around.
Final Word
This isn’t about scaling fast or spinning plates.
It’s about doing meaningful digital work — with care, clarity, and craft.
If that’s what you’re looking for, let’s chat.
