Welcome to Two Bears Design.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Two Bears Design, including both subscription-based design services and one-off project engagements.
By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Services Offered
1.1 Subscription Services:
We offer three subscription tiers (Starter, Core, and Pro), each providing different levels of creative support. Subscriptions include unlimited design requests (processed one or two at a time depending on tier), with fast turnaround and unlimited revisions.
1.2 One-Off Projects:
We also offer fixed-scope, one-time projects including (but not limited to) website design, Webflow development, branding, social media design, and SEO. These are quoted based on scope and complexity.
2. Subscription Model
2.1 Billing & Payment:
Subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly in advance. All payments are non-refundable. Failure to complete payment may result in a pause or termination of your service.
2.2 Minimum Terms:
Some larger projects (e.g., full websites, rebrands) may require a minimum subscription term of 2–3 months to ensure project feasibility within the scope of your chosen tier.
2.3 Pausing & Cancelling:
You can pause your subscription at any time. Paused months can be resumed later. To cancel, notify us before your next billing cycle begins.
2.4 Scope Limitations:
While we aim to be flexible, some services (e.g., advanced SEO, e-commerce development, integrations) may exceed the standard scope of a subscription and require additional time or a separate quote.
3. Project Work
3.1 Quotes & Approvals:
All one-off projects will be scoped and quoted individually. A 50% deposit is typically required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Revisions & Delivery:
Project fees include a reasonable number of revisions (outlined in each proposal). Final files are delivered upon full payment.
3.3 Timeline & Delays:
Estimated timelines are provided at the start. Delays caused by missing content or feedback from the client may extend timelines.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals as requested. Project outcomes rely on good communication and responsiveness.
5. Ownership & Licensing
Upon final payment, you own all final deliverables. Two Bears Design retains the right to display work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All sensitive business or project information shared will remain confidential.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Updates to These Terms
Two Bears Design reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated to active clients.
