Creating a platform through design to launch real digital growth

BE Property is an independent estate agency based in Woolton Village, Liverpool, offering residential sales, lettings, and property management across South Liverpool. Known locally for their personal service and market knowledge, the business had built strong offline credibility but struggled to translate this consistently online.

The brief was to refresh the brand and relaunch BE Property’s digital presence in a way that felt more confident, modern, and trustworthy. Due to third-party system constraints, a full website rebuild was not initially possible, so the focus centred on brand, social media, and SEO as the primary growth channels.

As performance improved and demand increased, it became clear that long-term growth would require greater control over the digital experience. This led to a second phase of the project, involving a full website rebuild supported by API integrations, automation, and email marketing to better capture and convert demand.

The Challenge

BE Property’s existing digital presence did not reflect the quality of service they delivered in person. Branding was inconsistent, messaging lacked clarity, and the website platform limited meaningful UX or structural improvements.

This created several challenges:


• A disconnect between in-branch experience and online perception
• Limited control over website UX and conversion journeys
• Heavy reliance on social media and search visibility to drive enquiries
• The need to build trust and authority without a flexible website platform

While early improvements in brand, content, and visibility began to generate stronger engagement, the limitations of the existing website increasingly became a bottleneck. Traffic was growing, but the platform restricted conversion opportunities, lead handling, and scalability, making a full rebuild essential to unlock further growth.
